    • Panels are smooth finish with two deep ribs and six small grooves. 2″ section thickness.
  • ROLLED SAFETY EDGES ON SECTION JOINTS
    • Interior flange of panel has a hemmed edge.
  • 17 GAUGE HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED STEEL STILES
    • Open sides of center and end stiles have rolled edges for safety and added strength.
  • STILES ATTACHED WITH RIVETS
    • Stiles are mechanically fastened and adhesive bonded to panel to act as an integral structure of the section.
  • TONGUE AND GROOVE MEETING RAILS
    • For superior strength and better sealing against wind, rain, and snow.
  • GLAZING
    • Options of 24″ x 6″ or 24″ x 12″ windows are available. Optional Series 8000 Full View sections can be substituted for steel sections up to 20′ 2″.
  • FINISH
    • 1.0 mil paint system includes .25 mil rust inhibiting primer and .75 mil top coat that resists fading and chalking, while providing consistent color from panel to panel and more durability.
  • RIGID ALUMINUM RETAINER WITH WEATHERSTRIP
    • Provides added strength while securing replaceable U-type bottom astragal weatherstrip to help keep the elements out.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

DoorLink Manufacturing, Inc. warrants their door sections against rust through and deficiencies in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year.

Additionally doorLink Manufacturing Inc. warrants the model 6500 “sandwich” door against de-lamination for a period of 5 years.

This warranty does not apply to and damage or deterioration caused by abuse, applied paint failure, improper maintenance, or any other causes beyond doorLink’s control. Warranty excludes rust resulting from damage to section, vandalism, or exposure to harmful chemicals and fumes.

Under the terms of this Limited Warranty, for any door components that are found to be defective upon inspection by authorized DoorLink Personnel, doorLink will at its option, repair or replace the defective components. DoorLink WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for labor, shipping, paint, or other material charges.

DOORLINK shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. All other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability are hereby expressly excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

In the event the door is defective, a claim must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase to DoorLink Manufacturing, Inc. 5700 NW 39th St, Riverside, MO 64150. After notification, DOORLINK shall be permitted to inspect the door for verification of defect.
