Decorative hardware kits come with four hinges and two pull handles. Double car doors come with two sets of decorative hardware kits. Additional accent pieces are available to match or complement each collection. Pull handle fit in center stile is dependent upon design and size of door.

Polyurethane Foamed-In-Place Insulation (9605)

The Wayne Dalton 9605 base door uses foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation — a process that bonds insulating foam directly to both steel skins in a single manufacturing step. This creates a rigid, rattle-free assembly that outperforms polystyrene insulation of the same thickness in both thermal resistance and sound attenuation. The result is a garage that stays measurably cooler in Oklahoma's summer heat and warmer during winter cold snaps.

High Cycle Spring Option

A 25,000-cycle spring upgrade is available — giving you nearly twice the service life of a standard torsion spring. For households that use the garage door as a primary entry point, this option pays for itself in reduced maintenance calls over the life of the door.

Integral Struts (9605)

The 9605 features horizontal integral struts at the top and bottom of each door section. These struts add structural backbone to the door, keeping panels from flexing or bowing over years of use and ensuring smooth, quiet operation cycle after cycle.

DoorLink 3650 Panel Construction

The DoorLink 3650 is a 2" thick sandwich panel door built to last. Key construction elements include:

• Tongue and groove meeting rails
• 2" thick section
• Pebble grain embossed interior backskin
• 20-gauge hot dipped galvanized steel end caps
• CFC-free expanded polystyrene insulation
• Replaceable U-Type vinyl bottom weatherstrip

Pinch-Resistant Design (9605)

Wayne Dalton's pinch-resistant panel joint design helps prevent injuries when fingers are accidentally placed near closing sections. The panel geometry deflects fingers away from pinch points — a safety innovation Wayne Dalton developed and pioneered for residential garage doors.

Bottom Weather Seal

Both base doors include a bottom weather seal that blocks drafts, debris, and water intrusion along the floor line. The seal remains flexible even in Oklahoma's coldest conditions to maintain a consistent barrier year-round.
