Non-Sagging Head Curtain

¾” galvanized pipe provides rigid front edge support to prevent curtain sag — the common failure mode of head curtain seals that use flexible front edges. Consistent sealing contact across the full width of the opening.

4” Foam for Compression Sealing

Hybrid design — 4” foam layer on the curtain provides compression sealing where the curtain contacts the trailer. Effective sealing performance combined with the access flexibility of curtain design.

Oversize Door Specification

Most effective for doors of oversize height where a standard head pad may not reach or may not seal effectively on very tall door openings. The correct specification when head pad geometry is the limiting constraint.
