Push-Button Operation

Fully hydraulic operation — deck raises, lip extends, and unit descends onto truck bed with a single button press. No chains, no springs, no manual lifting.

Automatic Lip Extension

Lip extends automatically at the top of the raise cycle. Positive extension confirmed before descent — no manual lip placement required.

Auto Return to Stored

When the truck leaves the dock, the HP Series automatically returns to the stored cross-traffic position — protecting the leveler and keeping the dock safe.

Structural “C” Channel Deck

Structural channel deck supports fully welded to a full-width header plate. No formed sheet metal shapes in the structural members.

Safety Systems
